We are fundraising for a great cause
We’re doing the JDRF One Ride to raise funds for type 1 diabetes! This means we will each be riding from 29th Aug to 20th September alongside the world’s biggest cycling event in France. While we are challenging ourselves and competing against other teams, we are also raising funds to support research to cure, prevent and better treat type 1 diabetes.
Type 1 diabetes can strike anyone at any time, and 7 Australians are diagnosed every day. Diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break and facing an extra 180 decisions a day to remain safe and healthy. JDRF is the largest funder of type 1 diabetes research in the world.
